Yes! If the service does not meet expectations, we offer a re-cleaning guarantee at no additional cost. Just contact us within 24 hours after the service and we will resolve any issues.

You can cancel or reschedule a service up to 24 hours before the scheduled date at no extra cost. Cancellations after this period may incur a cancellation fee. Please contact us by email or WhatsApp to make the changes.
